Two excursions to enjoy the region attractions
are included in our Spanish Program. Students
can choose them from the following list:
There are several fieldtrips organized by the
Spanish Program that are guided by the Spanish
teacher throughout the 4 week course. These
fieldtrips do not count towards the number of
class hours and they do not interfere with
regular classes. For instance, if the student
takes Spanish classes from 8 AM to 1 PM, the
fieldtrips are organized in the afternoon. This
is true except for one fieldtrip where students
must perform a research and write an academic
essay during class hours.
Here is a list of usual fieldtrips, not all of
them are offered every month; it mainly depends
on each groups interests and availability.
-
Museo Patagónico (Patagonian Museum)
-
Architectural tour (walk the city hunting
for historic architectural gems)
-

Cerro León . figuras rupestres
Our objective is to show students the beauties
of the region with the two excursions from the
top and Cerro León; the history of the region in
the museum and architectural tour; and the
present and economic sustainability of the
region with visits to local factories to learn
what people do in Bariloche for a living. This
gives the student the overall picture necessary
to understand a new culture.
